No-fault evictions will be “outlawed” in England by the next general election.
Landlords would only be able to evict tenants in England
under certain circumstances, including when they wished
to sell the property or when they or a close family member wanted to move in.
If the landlord wishes to increase the yield on the property bought by cash or mortgage and
wants to establish a Short-term-let accommodation,
it won`t be possible. This won’t be a legitimate ground
to regain the possession of their properties.
One of our clients is already struggling, nevertheless, he gave long months of notice. The tenants love our client`s property.
Insourcy is committed to providing excellent service to landlords, and we are always on hand. to help with advice.
